Pile integrity testing is performed to check the integrity of a concrete foundation pile after installation. It is normally done on the pile head and the result obtained by the PIT has an accuracy of + 10%. The results are indicative only. The Pile Integrity Tester does not show the quality/quantity of the reinforcement.
